Video Guide: How-To-Make the Perfect UPLOAD

Introduction

To ensure you get the most out of your Upload Nutrition shakes, we have created this brief How-To Guide. There is no right or wrong way to make your shakes, so get creative, experiment and share any new tips back with us. 

UPLOAD has been designed to be thicker than your average protein shake, to ensure you are left full and satisfied for longer... it is a complete meal in a shake afterall. 

Here is a quick summary of the video instructions...

Complete Meal - 2 Scoops

Step 1: Add 300ml cold water or milk to a shaker bottle
Step 2: Add in 2 scoops of UPLOAD (1 Scoop - half serve)
Step 3: Put the lid on and give it a good shake
Step 4: Top up with your remaining liquid (300ml) (skip this step for half serve)
Step 5: Shake again and until smooth
 

Complete Snack (Sample Pack) - 1 Scoop

Step 1: Add 300ml cold water or milk to a shaker bottle
Step 2: Add in 1 scoops of UPLOAD or Sample Sachet 
Step 3: Put the lid on and give it a good shake

 

Make UPLOAD Your Way

You can also mix it up and add anything you like to your shakes. Try different combinations to find out how you like it best. and blend them in a blender to achieve your desired thickness.

A couple of our favorite things to add are:

- Bananas
- Peanut Butter (being mindful of food allergies)
- Berries (fresh or frozen)
- Mango
- Oats
- Yogurt 

 

No Limitations or Rules

Want UPLOAD Thicker --> Use less liquid

Want UPLOAD Thinner --> Add more liquid

Want UPLOAD Colder --> Add some ice
